Anyone else have a dog with skin/allergy issues? My goldendoodle is costing

me a fortune due to his allergies. I think we've figured out that it's not a food issue, definitely a seasonal problem, most likely grass. And I do not plan on paying hundreds of dollars to have him tested for specific allergens.
He gets rashes all over but those don't seem to be a big issue. The problem is it irritates his paws and they become irritated. He licks them till they bleed. Today I came home and he had licked his paw till it bled.which get got all over our bed.
It always gets worse in the spring. Went to the vet last week and it turns out we were there for the same exact issue the same time last year. He's on a quadruple dose of Zyrtec (4 pills a dayadult dose is supposed to be 1 a day). I bathed him again tonight in anti-itch shampoo and he seems to be a little better. But dang, it's annoying.
In the link is our video for our daughter, and our dog is in there if you want to check him out.
